About Volunteering Matters & Employee Volunteering

We bring people together to overcome some of society’s most complex issues through the power of volunteering. Everyone in the UK should have the opportunity to thrive and we all need to play our part in shaping society, including businesses and workforces.

Our Employee Volunteering team has over 25 years’ experience of creating nationally managed and locally delivered volunteering opportunities for businesses. From one-off team building days to long-term partnerships with local charities, schools, colleges, and internal Volunteering Matters projects. We have achieved this with many longstanding clients such as Aviva, National Grid, Discovery Inc, KPMG, Deutsche Bank, and QBE.

“It was one of the best volunteering sessions I have done!”

95% of participants in one of our 2021 programmes felt the volunteering day was an effective team building exercise.
